Sheila Hamilton is five-time Emmy award-winning journalist and the author of “All The Things We Never Knew, Chasing the chaos of Mental Illness” and Sheila’s debut novel due out in 2020.


Sheila is a passionate suicide prevention advocate and a nationally recognized speaker for American Program Bureau. She was awarded the Judy Cushing Celebrating Life Award in 2018, and was voted Portland’s favorite radio personality in 2016. She co-hosted the highly-rated Kink morning show for more than a decade.

Brian Goff, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Portland, Oregon specializing in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and dysregulated behaviours.


He is the founder and director of Evergreen Clinical, a nonprofit mental health clinic serving uninsured adults. Brian was a co-founder of the Portland DBT Institute and has an extensive clinical and training background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Jenna LeJeune, Ph.D. is President and co-founder of Portland Psychotherapy Clinic, Research and Training Center in Portland, Oregon.


She is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Values in Therapy: A Clinician’s Guide to Helping Clients Explore Values, Increase Psychological Flexibility, and Live a More Meaningful Life. Jenna is also a peer-reviewed ACT trainer and provides ACT trainings to professionals around the world.
